1)Flyers general manager Danny Briere did a one-on-one interview with Jason Myrtetus on the final day of Development Camp. 2) Flyers defenseman Erik Johnson is doing a media Zoom call at 11 a.m. EDT on Thursday. He'll discuss his decision to re-sign a one-year contract with Philadelphia, his expectations for the 2024-25 season, approaching the 1,000-game milestone in the NHL, and other topics.
3)The Flyers Community Caravan is in Sea Isle City at Excursion Park (2 41st St.) in Sea Isle City on Thursday from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. EDT. It's the final stop on the "Shore Tour" portion of the annual offseason event.
4) July 11: Happy birthday wishes go out to Hockey Hall of Famer, Flyers Hall of Famer, Calder Cup winning Phantoms head and Jack Adams Trophy winning Flyers coach Bill Barber. Bill turns 72 today.
