Hello to everyone out there in the HockeyBuzz world. My name is Tom Mast and I’ll be your new source for information when it comes to the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Like all of you out there, I share a passion for the Penguins, the NHL and the game of hockey. I see the thrill in a bunch of guys trying to shoot hunks of rubber into a net. Pittsburgh has an explosive, exciting and classy NHL organization. I look forward to bringing you up-to-date information from games, practices and events throughout the Pittsburgh community in this same manner.

I began writing for the Penguins at the beginning of this season’s training camp as an intern for the team, where I got to know the organization inside and out. I have since moved over to HockeyBuzz.

I’m happy to be onboard here at Hockey Buzz as the Penguins buckle down for remainder of the regular season and ramp up for the playoffs. It’s almost time to put away the razor and get the playoff beard going, the most exciting time of the year.
