Dan Wallace: Wild Fans Hold Collective Breath On Kaprizov Injury

Watching that last night, I kinda figured this was not going to be good. The only possible saving grace could be that Kaprizov is almost like machine, so he should heal up rather quickly. Probably not quickly enough for Wild fans, but quicker than expected. I guess I really can't say much about it until more is known about what has been hurt. My guess is left knee / left groin.

Thank goodness for this 9-0-2 run and the even better news is KK should return in a few weeks. That fall did not look good. I do believe the smart move would be to allow a few more days to heal so there is a less chance of injury or not playing at full strength in the playoffs.

Well maybe this gives Evason an opportunity to get creative with new lines. I do think that Kaprisov and Zuccarello were starting to get stale together.

Time for everybody else to step up and start scoring.
