If you want a good pasta meal that is veggie+

Butternut Squash as a base sauce. Mix it with shallots and garlic in a food processor with olive oil and old bay seasoning

Cut sausages up into pieces and put them into the pot.

Boil whatever pasta you want.

Put Squash+ on Sausage and then Pasta on them and away you go.

This can also be done with beets! Russian Pasta!
