The New York Islanders will look to even their series against the Tampa Bay Lightning today, as the teams face off in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Final.
The Islanders are coming off a key 5-3 win in Game 3 on Friday. Casey Cizikas didn’t play last game and it’s unknown as to whether or not he’ll be in the lineup today. For the Lightning, Alex Killorn will be back in action after serving his one-game suspension, while Brayden Point’s status is still unknown.
New York has played two solid games in a row now and need to come out with a similar performance in Game 4. They’ve been able to significantly reduce chances for the Lightning and have managed to make zone entries more difficult. While this isn’t technically a must-win game, the Islanders can’t go down 3-1 to the Lightning and this is the most important game of the year so far.
Puck drop is at 3 p.m.
